At X-Treme N'Tensity Cheer & Tumble between Clyde and Baird, our tumble lessons guide students from basic rolls to advanced twists and tucks. Picture your child’s joy as they flip across the floor with newfound agility. You’ll start by choosing the right class for your child, and their first lesson is free to ensure it’s a good fit. Once you’re ready to enroll them, you'll complete the necessary paperwork, including registration forms, monthly fee.

Our classes are structured with multiple stations to keep students active and engaged, minimizing downtime. Each child receives one-on-one coaching, allowing them to progress at their own pace.

 We even offer Mom & Tot classes for our youngest tumblers.

Tumble Classes

MOM & TOT

Basic fundamentals, balance, forward rolls, log rolls, cartwheels, handstands, jumping, colors, basic exercises, and stretching.  2-4 year olds

LITTLE TUMBLERS

Level 1 tumble skills at a slower pace while having fun. 4-6 year olds

Handstands, cartwheel, forward and backward rolls, power hurdle, and roundoff.

BASIC TUMBLE

Level 1 & Level 2 tumble skills. Forward & backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round offs, front & back walkovers, front & back handsprings, and many variations of skills.  5-18 year olds

ADVANCED TUMBLE

Build and perfect on Level 2 skills. Work on Level 3 – Level 6 tumble skills. Tucks, twisting, ariels, connecting skills, and building speed & power.  

PRIVATE LESSONS

 Work on building tumble and/or cheer skills one on one. 

OPEN GYM

One Saturday a month. Work on any level skill.
